Join us on a three-dimensional summer journey to the alleys of Heidelberg's
old town. In the largest pedestrian zone of Germany, we walk over the Alte Brücke
(Old Bridge) to the Marktplatz (Market Place), accompanied by the inspiring music
of Bjorn Lynne.
Dongleware created this movie to develop fundamentals for 3D-HD movie production.
This includes automation using scripts (in Adobe After Effects) as well as techniques
for stereoscopic image stabilization in post-production. The opening sequence
was animated in Cinema4D. The stereo soundtracks of left and right camera were
recorded using appropriately aligned microphones and mixed to 5.1 channel surround
sound.
