Stereoscopic Player Command Line Parameters
Input source and output settings of Stereoscopic Player can be specified using
the following command line parameters.

A parameter must not contain blanks. If a filename or path contains blanks, you
must put it between quotation marks. Never insert blanks after ':' between parameter
names and parameter values!
Source Parameters

You can either specify a video or svi-filename but you
cannot open DVDs or URLs this way (use the -dvd or -url parameter instead). |
| -file:Filename |
|
Opens Filename. Filename must be a video
file supported by Stereoscopic Player (e.g. avi, mpg, wmv, ...). |
| -dvd:Folder |
|
Opens the DVD in the specified directory. It is recommended
to enter the path without the 'VIDEO_TS' folder. |
| -url:URL |
|
Opens a video file or stream hosted on an Internet server. |
| -svi:Filename |
|
Imports the stereoscopic information file in the video
library and tires to play the movie. Please note that the video file or
DVD data must be located in the same directory as the svi-file so that they
can be found. |
| -left:Filename |
|
Opens left video file. Must be used together with the -right
parameter. Available since version 0.9.9. |
| -right:Filename |
|
Opens right video file. Must be used together with the
-left parameter. Available since version 0.9.9. |
| -audio:Filename |
|
Optional audio file. Must be used together with the -left
and -right parameters. If no audio file is specified, the audio track of
the left video file is used. |
| -drv:Devicename |
|
Opens a capture device, e.g. -drv:"Stereoscopic Multiplexer".
Available since version 0.9.9. |

|
Loads the command line parameters from a text file. |
Input Settings Parameters
These parameters are only valid if one of the source parameters is used.

|
Separation between left and right image in pixel. A separation
is only valid for side by side or over/under layout. For other layouts,
don't use this parameter. |

Video has half horizontal resolution. Can't be used together
with -ihh or the.aspxect ratio parameters. |

Video has half vertical resolution. Can't be used together
with -ihw or the.aspxect ratio parameters. |
| -ax: |
|
The -ax and -ay parameters can be used to specify
the.aspxect ratio of the video and always have to used together. They are
especially useful if the video is codec anamorphic (non-square pixels).
For square pixels video you can use the -ihw or -ihh flags to specify the
.aspxect ratio. However, if -ax and -ay are used, -ihw or -ihh have no affect. |

File |
|
Filename (including path) of a text file that contains
information about the video. The file extension must be 'txt'. |
| -src:Source |
|
Source of the video. This can be a web address, a name
or any other kind of source information. |
| -img:JPEG Filename |
|
Filename (including path) of an image in JPEG format that
should be used a preview image. The image resolution has to be exactly 160
x 120 Pixel, the file size must be lower than 10240 byte. |
| -fp |
|
This flag forces that all of these parameters are used
even if there is already an item in the video library. Using this flag,
the command line parameters can be used to update existing library items. |

|
Output separation in 1/10 percent, e.g. value 10 means
1 %. A separation is only valid for side by side or over /under viewing
method. For other viewing methods, don't use this parameter. |

Half viewing width. |

Half viewing height. You need this flag for example if
you want to use the over / under viewing method and a sync-doubling shutter
glasses controller. |

Flips left view horizontally. |

|
Flips left view vertically. Specifying horizontal and vertical
flipping rotates the image by 180°. |
| -frh |
|
Flips right view horizontally. |
| -frv |
|
Flips right view vertically. Specifying horizontal and
vertical flipping rotates the image by 180°. |
Other Parameters
| -play |
|
Plays the file immediately. This parameter parameter is
only valid if one of the source parameters is used. Available since version
0.7. |
| -fss |
|
Switches to full screen mode. This parameter parameter
is only valid if one of the source parameters is used. |
| -fss |
|
Switches to unscaled full screen mode. This parameter parameter
is only valid if one of the source parameters is used. |
| -nl |
|
Prevents that the logo is shown during program startup.
Available since version 0.9.4. |
| -term |
|
Terminates the player when leaving full screen mode. |
| -termsc |
|
Terminates the player on a single mouse click while in
full screen mode. |
| -termkey |
|
Terminates the player when a key is pressed (in full screen
mode only) or when leaving full screen mode. Available since version 0.9.9. |
| -termend |
|
Terminates the player when the end of file is reached (in
full screen mode only) or when leaving full screen mode. Available since
version 0.9.9. |
| -logdir:Ordner |
|
Writes debug information to log files. A new file is created
for each day in the specified folder. |
| -grassfish:Ordner |
|
Enables integration with the GrassFish Public CMS. More
details are provided on request. |
Note that the player remembers settings for each viewing method separately (except
complementary viewing methods), therefore the -os, -ohw, -ohh, -flh, -flv, -frh,
and -frv parameters only affect the viewing method specified in -ol parameter (or
the previously used viewing method if -ol is not specified).
